This practical course focuses on using traditional moxibustion to systematically regulate common digestive disorders. The pure yang warmth of moxibustion acts like a “fire of life” for a weak spleen and stomach, gently dispelling cold-damp stagnation in the middle burner, invigorating spleen yang, and restoring normal gastrointestinal motility, secretion, and absorption.
The course adopts a holistic TCM view of the digestive system, teaching not only local symptom relief but also distal acupoints and back-shu points to strengthen digestive function from the root. Comprising 18 lessons (total ~74 minutes), it progresses from understanding digestive issues to mastering a safe, effective, home-practice moxibustion system.
Note: This course complements the “Chronic Condition Regulation” series’ spleen-stomach module. Combining with dietary therapy or abdominal acupoint massage creates a multi-dimensional health management approach.
For Digestive Health
Relieve common digestive discomfort: Effective for cold-induced stomach pain, diarrhea, poor appetite, bloating, and functional constipation.
Enhance spleen-stomach function: Improve nutrient absorption and metabolism, correcting imbalances such as poor weight gain or fat accumulation from minor dietary causes.
Warm the middle burner and eliminate internal dampness: Reduce heaviness, sticky saliva, and sluggish stools caused by cold/damp accumulation.
Regulate gut microbiome environment: Heat improves abdominal blood circulation, supporting beneficial intestinal flora.
For Overall Health & Quality of Life
Boost energy and immunity: Strong spleen-stomach function nourishes qi and blood, enhancing vitality and resistance.
Improve mood and sleep: Digestive improvement often relieves irritability, bloating, reflux, and sleep disturbances.
Develop healthy eating habits: Encourages avoidance of raw, cold, or greasy foods, forming positive dietary routines.
Deep abdominal relaxation and comfort: Sustained warmth penetrates the organs, relieving tension and discomfort.
